"Julmys" and "Tredje Advent"

 Well, well, well... Now you guys seen how good I am to held what I promised...

 Today it's "Third Advent" (Tredje Advent in swedish) which is a swedish tradition before Christmas. I don't quit know why we're doing it, mayby it's just a "funny" and "we-doing-it-every-single-year-so-why-should-we-not-do-it-this-year-to-?" thing... Or something...

 *H-hrm~* But anyways, today Iv'e been with the girls from WSS (Wisby Simsällskap ≈ Wisby swingclub) and had "Julmys". We met all eight and baked gingerbread, drank Julmust and made Christmas cards together and had a very good time. I hope we can do it again soon :)

Yesterday I've started on a new picture. Well, it's not like I've always starts on a new picture, but this one is a little special. Or, at least it feels like that... Hum...
 Anyhow~ I will not tell you what it is yet, I guess you guy's have to wait a little longer to see the finished result. It's not a gift to someone or anything, it's just that it take pretty much longer for me to do this one than other images (maybe 'cause I've had so much details, h- hurm... ¬¬'). For example it take almost 2 hours fore me to do the rough sketch..!
 Oh well, I wouldn't say anymore for now, you just have to wait, hohoo~ >;)

 I would just show you this, mostly because I don't want to risk to go so long until i update the blog again,but even 'cause I will show you guy's how it can look when you experiment with different angles. Here I've chosen to do the background in different angles, but I've even tried to make Henny T (the girl in the middle) in an oblique angles. :3
 Hahah, I've had to say that I'm really proud of myself back there, but now I've even realize how much better I've become the past year~ x3

I'M ALIVE!

... Well, that was a nice greeting, wasn't it?
Oh well, for the first I want to say "Hallo" as an polite and nice human, and then I want to say "Sorry". It been a while since I updated the blog, and the reason is that I have had so much things to do the last weeks.  For the first I had to go to school and swimming, plus some homework etc. I had also to take care of myself and cooking food, for example, plus (wow, now it's been much here...) I have my autumn holiday the last week and that means that I've been home and visited my family. So, to not be so lengthy, my day's had been like go to school, eat, go to the swimming, eat, do homework, looking at anime, poop, sleep... (next day) Go to school, eat, go to the swimming, etc.~
 Well, yeah, so when I now actually have HAD time I've just been so tied the only thing I dried to do have been watching anime and a little roleplaying, which has made me totally forget that I actually run a blog to (Yay me~!)

But oh well, I sad I wouldn't be so lengthy, so now I actually think it's time for you guys to have a sneak peak on a little manga comic I had started with! :)

Btw, the guy in the middle (which I tried to make like Mori Kogoro from Mentantei Conan) says: "Ey! Watch out!" ... Or, sort of.. u_u'

 This is the first page on the comic. I planned to made over 20 pages, but so far I've only done 3, which it's only 1 that is finished.
 For the first I rough sketch with lead pencil (2B or HB I think...), which means I've done geometric shapes that soon will form, for example, a body (what I exactly mean whit that you will see later).
 After that I've sketched the "real sketch", that means that you soon will see more than just some circles and stretch here and there.
 The third thing I do is indian ink (wait, was it really right, there?) the sketch, wait a cupel of minutes (IMPORTANT LIKE HELL!) and then erase the remaining pencil lines.
 The last thing I've do is to color the page with pencils with various shades of grey.
 And then... voila! The page is done! :3
 So, that was the 4-step-lession of how you made an comic page on Kei's way! :]

Once again, I've tried to fix the picture in the computer and "make it better", but... yeah... x__x'
About the text it's just things like: "Ah! What are you doing?!", "Hey!" and "Watch out!". But on the middle and the last box Lucifer thought: "I must catch! I must!" (middle box) "He shall not..!" (last box).

At this one I've already finnish with the sketching, now it's only the indian ink left. Here I've even use speed lines and a little bit skewed backgrounds, which affects the feeling that there is an action-packed scene.
 One little funny thing I've done on the first panel was that I took some of my friends and favorite manga characters and put them in the crowds. I've even put myself and StrayCat in there, can you find us?? :3 (Hohoo, this is fun like... Takano-san's laugh x'3)

Here I've only made some geometric shapes and other patterns, and that means this is the rough sketch.  Here I've only use two skewed boxes to slow down it all and starting a calm scene.

 Oh well, now I shall crawl down under the blanket and dream about blond Italians.

Rainbow hair

This is actually one of the few pictures which I've totally completed with. Sometimes I actually think that I'm like Da Vinci, who's only made 7 completed works. Actually it's a little the same for me. I have very few works which I'm completed with, and the map with half completed and just started work is almost 2 times bigger than the completed, if you see what I mean...
 However, It didn't take so long to sketch, but to colored it... Well, it take a while, but sure I'm happy that the watercolor didn't was mean to me and just smeared out on to the paper.
 I'm happy for that~ Very happy~ :3

Once again, sorry for the bad quality on the picture... I tried to fix it, but now ya see the results and... yeah... It's overexposed... Like hell... T^T 

The guy on the picture name's Mido Akito. He's one of my friends (Straycat's) character in a forum roleplay. He's 19 years old and want to become a mangaka (manga comic artist), and to make he's dream to become real he go to the great Shinzuki Hatori (mine character). Hatori a 27 year old mangaka which only have work on he's mind, and at the first moment he totally disagree to take Akito as a student. But after many "ifs" and "buts" Hatori finally says...
Yeah. I have some thoughts that this story is going to be a manga to someday, but (in the first place) one other story is on the top of the list... Well, I guess you have to wait a few years to that would happened, but yeah... I really, really, really hope that our dream come true.

When I look at this picture I always think at Linkin park's "Iridescent". Sure the song is really good, but someone told me that "iridescent" means like "shifting in the rainbows colors" (Now we ignore that this "someone" is google translate, 'kay?).
 If this is going to be a manga someday I would actually ask Straycat if it would be named "Iridescent". Not just 'cause my fancy little explanation over here, but also 'cause Hatoris favorite band actually is Linkin park (surprise, huh?)

One fun thing I figured out yesterday in school was that I've always hade the wrong idea 'bout Akito's hair. I've always thought that the whole hair was rainbow colored, but yesterday Straycat told me that the bangs was black.

Keiran: Which color has Akito's hair, u said? :3
Straycat: Hmm... Lemme see now... Pink, vine red, green, white... maybe yellow aaand... black bangs ^w^
Keiran: Heeee~?! Ô_Ô' Has he ALWAYS had black bangs?!
Straycat: Yes xD
Keiran: Oh... Ö_Ö' an other evidence that I never read the templates so well... 'x'D

Advice (and note to self) from (to) Keiran: Always read the templates carefully.

By myself

This is a picture a drew in the end/beginning of august/september (I don't remember so well...) in a garden named Almedalen in Visby. When I started whit the sketch I thought it would be an bright, happy angel. But after maybe 30 minutes I realized that my right hand would something other that my brain.

I'm excuse the picture is a little oblique. Me and my scanner isn't that best friends you can thought, so... ¬w¬'

When I was finnish I texted Straycat (a friend to me) and asked her what I should named it. I gave her this alternative:

1. By myself I'm only an angel. I am all alone in the sky.

So it been By myself . The thing is that the same time I texted Straycat I listening at Linkin park's "By myself", so I guess the inspiration came from the music, or something...
 But, when I look at it... I just think that that angel really is all by herself. She' sthe only one left, sure she got her wings. But she don't know how to use them, so she can't fly to the sky and be whit the other angels and souls. She want, but she can't. God doesn't let her be whit the other angels, 'caus'e she's not like an ordinary angel. She's not like the other angels. She's all by her self.

For maybe a year ago I wanted to call myself for "Kei-kun". I was so stuck in that name i didn't want any other, and that been my name of many places of the internet. But the I relized that Kei-kun wasn't the "real thing". "Keiran" means "Little dark one", and that was actually the name of one of my dogs. For a little while ago I even relized that I actually used Keiran as nickname on kpwebben.se (it was there I started with forum roleplaying) and the stories that had grown up there is actually going to be manuscript for a manga me and a friend of mine is planning to make in the future...

So there ya go, the explaining of my name :3
